"Can You Ship to My Country?" — The 5 Questions Every XCMG Parts Buyer Asks
I answer parts emails all day, and the same five questions come up from every continent. Here they are, answered straight — no marketing fog.
1. "Can you ship to my country?"
Yes — we ship worldwide from China via DHL/FedEx air for urgent items and sea freight for heavy ones (undercarriage, structures). Small parts are usually airborne within days; a full undercarriage set goes on the next vessel. Ask for both options and pick with your calendar, not just your wallet.
2. "How do I know it's the right part?"
Don't trust a listing photo — trust the code. Look up your model in the free lookup tool, match the exploded diagram, and check the weight and dimensions shown on each listing. That's exactly what the weight column is for. Still unsure? Send photos — see #4.
3. "Are these genuine parts?"
Genuine XCMG parts come with the original part code from the BOM. For structural, hydraulic and safety items, buy genuine — no exceptions from me. For consumables (filters, pins, some fasteners) a qualified aftermarket part can make sense. I break down the logic in this post.
4. "I don't know the part number — can you identify it from a photo?"
Yes, daily. Post the machine model plus 2–3 clear photos (the part, the marking, where it mounts) to our Telegram group @xcmgparts or email, and we'll return the code and applicability. This is free — it's faster for both of us than a wrong order.
5. "Why do I need to log in for prices?"
Prices on the lookup tool need a free login because export pricing genuinely varies with quantity and destination — one logged-in quote beats ten misleading "from $X" teasers. Build a cart, submit the RFQ, and you get a firm number with lead time, not a guess.
The one question you should ask more
Not "how much?" but "what else should I replace while I'm in there?" Seals come in kits, rollers wear in pairs, filters are cheap insurance. Asking that question before the order is how fleets stay running — and it's the question I most like receiving.
